Francis is an exeptional example of design and construction that was the 8 Metre. Constructed of NZ Kauri and launched in 1946, this magnificent vessel underwent a complete refit between 20022 - 2005 under the management of Capt Michael Wood (Dec). There was no part of the vesssel not replaced or refurbished.
