Refunds Policy

Boat Deck Pty Ltd is committed to providing high quality products and services.

Boat Deck provides software products for evaluation at no cost to the end user for a trial period.

Once the trial period has passed software usage can continue on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled by the user at any time.

A refund may be provided for the portion of the month in which the subscription was cancelled – subject to the request being provided in writing.

Domain, hosting, email and support refunds are subject to the refund policy of Netregistry.

Deposits for websites and associated services are not refundable. Final payments will be refunded only if the client is able to clearly and objectively prove that the product or service delivered by Boat Deck does not suit the use for which it was intended. This must be communicated in writing.

When can I ask for a refund?

You have a right to seek a refund if the goods you bought:

• are faulty

• are unfit for their purpose (they don’t do what they are supposed to do)

• do not match the description or sample you were shown

• have defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention when you bought them.

You do not have a right to seek a refund if you:

• simply change your mind

• buy the wrong item

• find the goods cheaper at another store

• use the goods in a way that they were not made for

• caused the goods to become damaged.
